Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine in Manchester is seeking a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead the HS&W strategy on Therme Manchester. You will work with project teams and supply chain to raise standards and embed a culture of safety across a £150m+ development.

The role requires IOSH membership, NEBOSH Construction Certification, and proven leadership of HS&W on major projects. You will shape policies, deliver training, conduct risk reviews and champion wellbeing for crews, stakeholders and

Qualifications

• Member of IOSH
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate
• Experience delivering HS&S on major projects (circa £150m value)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations
• UK Health & Safety Law knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholders to achieve high HS&W performance.
• Develop, maintain and monitor the project HS&W strategy.
• Lead HS&W improvement initiatives across the project and supply chain.
• Collaborate with project teams and supply chain to embed a culture of safety.
