Dragados UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager for a major London project. You will lead HSW policy, drive a Safe at Heart culture, and ensure CDM 2015 compliance across planning, procurement, construction and commissioning on a high-profile urban site.

The role requires NEBOSH accreditation, extensive experience on large-scale construction projects, and ability to mentor teams while liaising with regulators and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to lead incident reporting and investigations.
• Ability to monitor performance and safety metrics.
• Understanding of construction techniques and safety implications.

• Familiarity with behavioural safety methods.

Aufgaben

• Act as lead on Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) and implement policies and best practices.
• Communicate HSW strategies to initiate changes and improve performance.
• Support senior managers to lead HSW initiatives and awareness.
• Develop, review and update the Project HSW Management System.
• Balance safety and programme considerations to enable compliant solutions.
• Mentor and train others in HSW competencies.
• Interpret contractual/regulatory requirements to protect project integrity.
• Monitor safety climate and action findings at management levels.
• Build internal/external relationships to influence decision making.
• Plan and manage stakeholders' expectations on HSW concerns.
• Coordinate with industry and regulatory bodies to meet obligations.
