Job summary

Morgan Mckinley (Crawley) is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner / HR Project Partner for a six-month assignment in Crawley. The role focuses on organisational design and change delivery, collaborating directly with business leaders to implement restructures.

You will work in a hybrid setup (2-3 days in the office) with free parking, supporting Finance and IT alongside the HR team. The position requires senior HRBP experience and the ability to operate in a dynamic, less-structured environment.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP with organisational design experience and change delivery responsibilities.
• Comfort working in a less structured environment.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to challenge constructively.
• Experience partnering with leaders in corporate or support functions.
• Ability to work across teams and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Work with managers on organisational design and restructuring options.
• Turn proposed changes into practical plans and support their implementation.
• Partner with local HR and legal colleagues on jurisdiction-specific considerations.
• Help leaders assess business risks and make timely decisions.
• Support Finance and IT leaders through the change process.
