Magnit Global in London is seeking an experienced Senior HR Transformation Project Manager to lead a strategic programme focused on enhancing People Risk Governance, Controls and 2LoD oversight across its EMEA operations.

This high-profile transformation initiative aims to review and strengthen the HR Risk Control Framework, establish a more effective governance model, and improve how HR risks are identified, monitored, escalated and reported.

Qualifications

• Extensive project or programme management experience within a global bank or similarly regulated organisation.
• Proven track record delivering governance, risk or operating model transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of HR / People Risk processes, ideally with HR function exposure.
• Knowledge of First and Second Line of Defence operating models and risk ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic People Risk and Governance Transformation programme across EMEA.
• Review and enhance HR risk and control framework, including delegation of control responsibilities and 2LoD oversight.
• Design and implement improved governance, operating model, and escalation processes.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, deliverables and RAID logs.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across HR, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology and business functions.
• Facilitate workshops to define future-state governance structures and procedures.
• Drive improvements to risk reporting, KRIs, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Provide constructive challenge to senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
