Job summary

MYO Talent is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation and delivery of Workday HR, building on an existing Workday Finance implementation. Hybrid remote with one on-site day per week in Warwickshire; contract for 6 months with potential extension.

The role requires delivering Workday HCM modules and coordinating HR, IT and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Workday HCM/HR implementations.
• Workday HR module implementations (Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
• Strong PM and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering HR systems implementations from planning to go-live.
• Experience with Workday Finance integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation and delivery of Workday HCM.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.

Contract: 6 months initially, with potential for extension

Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in Warwickshire, with the remainder remote/home-based

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM / HR Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation and delivery of Workday HR, building on an existing Workday Finance implementation.

The successful candidate will have specific experience delivering Workday HCM/HR modules, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle and coordinating stakeholders across HR, IT and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation and delivery of Workday HCM.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.
• Coordinate HR, IT, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Oversee requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Manage stakeholder communications, change management, training and user adoption.
• Ensure successful go-live and transition into business-as-usual support.

Experience Required

• Proven experience managing Workday HCM/HR implementations.
• Specific implementation experience across one or more Workday HR modules, such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking or Talent Management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering HR systems implementations from planning through to go-live.
• Experience working alongside existing Workday Finance functionality would be advantageous.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid contract requiring five days per week, with one day per week on-site in Warwickshire and the remainder remote/home-based. On-site attendance is flexible depending on project requirements and key delivery milestones.
