Linear Executive Search is recruiting a highly experienced Project/Programme Manager to lead a full lifecycle HR transformation programme in a Central London law firm. The role focuses on delivering HR self-service capabilities and a Workday deployment within a busy legal environment.

The successful candidate will manage diverse stakeholder groups, drive change, and ensure delivery against a 12-month contract with a day rate of £750-£850, outside IR35, in Holborn.

Day Rate: £750-£850 per day

A very experienced Project Manager / Programme Manager is urgently required by our law firm client based in the Holborn area of Central London.

Our client requires a Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead a full lifecycle delivery of an exciting transformative HR programme to introduce HR self service capabilities, encourage more collaborative working, and introduce Workday (HRS) into a traditional law firm environment.

The programme comprises of introducing new ways of working and HR processes for up to 600 staff within the firm, allowing fee earners to work access enhanced HR support and services.

This HR transformation comprises of people, process, and technology change and will need to be supported by a technology refresh and introduction of Workday and related technology to facilitate these new arrangements.

Our client seeks a Project Manager / Programme Manager who has highly developed stakeholder management skills, able to carry the consensus and impetus for change with high-achieving and demanding stakeholders and fee earners.

The law has traditionally seen as a 'change resistant' environment and we seek the type of Project Manager / Programme Manager who can carry those who may be sceptical of change.

The business benefits for transforming and repositioning HR within the legal sector can be enormous - we need a seasoned Project Manager / Programme Manager who can articulate this with credibility and gravitas.

Experience of introducing HR technologies such as Workday or SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
