The role involves collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver people programmes and life-changing treatments for patients. The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualification, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of building trusted

Qualifications

Senior HR leadership experience in Life Sciences or related field.
Experience partnering with Leadership Team and delivering HR strategies.
Strong understanding of HR legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and act as trusted advisor to Leadership.
Design organisational and people strategies to improve performance and employee experience.
Deliver HR lifecycle processes like performance reviews with support from HRLT.
Coach leaders to deliver people initiatives and manage employee relations effectively.
Drive data-driven decision making and strategic objective setting.
