Autolus seeks an Associate Director, HR to lead strategic HR initiatives across the UK, partnering with senior leaders to align people plans with business goals. You will design and implement talent management, improve organisational effectiveness, and drive inclusion and psychological safety across global operations.

You will coach leaders on people initiatives, manage complex employee relations, and guide annual HR lifecycle processes.
