Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead HR projects including Employee Reward and Tax, GDPR review and data privacy.
• Ensure compliance with UK tax reporting and benefits reporting in partnership with Finance.
• Develop HR procurement processes and third-party risk management.
• Drive process improvements in HR operations and adopt technology to automate tasks.
