The Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge is seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to lead a team of 14 HR professionals. You will drive the department's HR plan, partner with senior leaders, and ensure alignment with the University People Strategy in a complex, matrix environment.

You will provide both strategic and operational HR leadership across workforce planning, recruitment, equality, diversity and inclusion, pay and reward, and organisational development,

Competenze

• Proven track record in managing HR teams and client groups.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into HR plans and actions.
• Experience leading complex employee relations and organisational change.
