The University of Cambridge is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders, translating organisational priorities into strategic people plans that drive performance and positive employee relations.

You will lead complex change initiatives, shape workforce strategies, and partner with unions and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality services across the institution, with hybrid working options.

• Significant senior-level HR experience within a large, complex organisation.
• A proven track record of delivering strategic HR solutions and influencing organisational outcomes.
• Experience leading organisational change and transformation programmes.
