The University of Cambridge is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work in partnership with managers and senior leaders, translating strategy into practical HR interventions. You will deliver expert HR advice, support employee relations, manage change, and foster an inclusive employee experience.

You will engage with stakeholders across the University, coach managers to build capability, and contribute to HR projects and policy development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced and collaborative HR professional to join the University of Cambridge as an HR Business Partner.As a trusted adviser to managers and senior leaders, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering people-focused solutions, translating strategic objectives into practical, evidence-based HR interventions that support organisational success.We encourage early applications as they will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
