Job summary

University of Plymouth is recruiting a Senior Human Resources Partner to shape strategic HR outcomes across the University. You will partner with senior leaders to drive organisational change, workforce planning, leadership development and a culture of excellence, collaboration and belonging.

Reporting to the Head of HR Partnering, you will lead complex employee relations matters, provide coaching, and leverage people analytics to optimise workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating in a strategic HR partnering role.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Outstanding coaching, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Expertise across workforce planning, complex employee relations, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.
