Job summary

Epicor is hiring for an HR Operations and Recruiting role focused on maintaining accurate employee data and ensuring compliant, well-documented processes. You will support Workday Recruiting, manage requisitions and candidate records, and collaborate with HR and IT for onboarding and data integrity.

The role requires 3+ years in HR operations or recruiting operations, with Workday experience preferred. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Recruiting Operations, or a related function.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting or similar ATS; Workday experience preferred.
• Experience with employee data management, onboarding, background checks, I-9 compliance, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation per policy and regulations.
• Support Workday Recruiting maintenance, requisitions, postings, and candidate records.
• Coordinate requisition and offer reviews; troubleshoot workflow routing and data issues.
• Create letters for offers, promotions, transfers, and internal changes.
• Partner with Recruiting/HR to manage onboarding for hires and internal transfers.
• Process background checks and I-9 documentation in line with requirements.
• Manage termination and payrolling communications; coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor HR Shared Services mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Own HR/recruiting reports, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
