Job summary

Cast UK Limited is seeking a Senior HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Middleton. You will lead the delivery of a high-quality HR service, advising senior stakeholders and partnering with the HR Director to develop HR solutions across the business.

You will ensure policy compliance, deliver the people agenda, and use data insights to influence strategic decisions while championing company values and building a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• CIPD-qualified HR professional with strategic partner experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR solutions aligned to business goals.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UK and European legislation.
• Deliver people agenda aligned with divisional and organisational priorities.
• Develop and deliver people strategies with Leadership teams.
• Drive high-performance culture through performance management and succession planning.
• Use people data and insights to influence decisions and improve effectiveness.
• Support line managers with recruitment and formal meetings as needed.
