Danaher is seeking a Senior HR Generalist Leader to guide a team of HR Generalists and Specialists across multiple sites within the Life Sciences Platform. The role combines people leadership with hands-on HR case management, policy application, and governance within a standardized operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience including HR operations/shared services.
• 2+ years direct people leadership experience managing HR professionals.
• Experience resolving complex employee relations and HR cases in multi-site environments.
• Experience analyzing metrics, service levels, and case trends to drive improvements.
• Experience with governance, data privacy, and compliance in HR.
