The Portfolio Group is recruiting an HR Advisor to deliver professional HR and Employment Law guidance to clients across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. You will provide compliant advice via telephone and email, highlight risks of non-compliance, and aim to exceed client expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Provide HR and employment law guidance to clients across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
• Advise clients on compliant HR practices and employment law matters.
• Offer options to clients and clearly communicate risks of non-compliant choices.
• Respond to client requests within contractual SLA targets.

Aufgaben

• Provide professionally compliant HR and employment law advice with a personal touch to clients.
• Guide clients on all HR and employment law inquiries received by telephone and email.
• Present options and be innovative with ideas to resolve client issues.
• Take ownership of cases through to resolution and maintain strong client relationships.
• Record advice accurately in case databases and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Assist with drafting ad-hoc letters and participate in internal training to stay compliant.
