Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior HR Data Engineer to lead end-to-end ETL and data integration projects within HR. You will drive architecture, ensure secure, automated data flows, and partner with HR BPO towers to align processes with standards.

The role requires deep HR data design expertise, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with Oracle HCM or equivalent systems. You will contribute to data quality and analytics across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL, Python, Oracle HCM – or equivalent, HDL, Business Objects, ETL, KNIME, RPA design.
• Experience designing HR data domains and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with HR IT landscape and data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-complexity ETL/SQL transformations and migrations.
• Define data-flow and automation architecture; specify integration patterns.
• Review HR BPO tower requirements for data integration and standards conformance.
• Understand HR IT landscape and inter-system dependencies; support data flow.
• Design HR master data domains with object definitions and naming standards.
• Develop Python scripts for data auditing and automation of data reconciliation.
