Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to optimise and develop our HRIS ecosystem across UK sites. You will manage ad-hoc reporting, data integrity, and user support, while driving HR data-driven decision making.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel mastery, and the ability to train colleagues and lead HRIS projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Compensation & Benefits and HR teams to implement changes, run system tests, and deliver accurate

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, able to administer, support and develop.
• Ideally experienced in HRIS configuration, implementation and testing (Oracle – table & view-based).
• Excellent Excel skills (v-lookups, Pivot tables, COUNTIF, IF statements).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling large data sets from multiple sources.
• Effective communication and training abilities for end users.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills under deadlines.
• Experience creating reports, data imports, analytics and troubleshooting.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all HRIS business in ad-hoc reporting, creating and updating bespoke reports and analysing HR data to support decision-making and compliance.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for HRIS-related user enquiries and issues.
• Handle system configuration, change requests, custom fields, data imports, integrations and troubleshooting.
• Own the building, planning, testing, and activation of processes and workflows from test to live environments
• Leverage HR data to provide management information on workforce metrics, HR activities, efficiency, effectiveness and costs
• Develop, analyse, and deliver HR reports and dashboards providing insights into HR operations (turnover, diversity, headcount, compensation).
• Provide end-user training & ongoing support, with user documentation and materials on HRIS functionality and best practices.
• Lead HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, new features, or integrations with other systems.
• Support system enhancements, maintenance, testing with external vendors
• Assist with annual HR activities, including data accuracy audits, merit review, holiday maintenance and ad-hoc reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy and security via monthly audits across HR systems.
