Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Group seeks an HR Data Engineer to transform HR data into trusted, secure assets powering global business decisions. You will design, migrate, automate, and report using Python, SQL, and Oracle HCM, while building scalable data solutions and ensuring data quality and governance.

In this role you will work with RPA, Power BI, and standard migration tools to deliver end-to-end data management across transformation programmes and BAU operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and SQL scripting for data conversion and migration.
• Experience with ETL processes and industry-standard migration tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM or equivalent HR data models and related tools (HDL mass-load, OTBI/BI Publisher).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support medium-to-high complexity data solutions (transformation, migration, reporting).
• Develop automated data conversion scripts and use migration tools for target systems.
• Ensure HR master-data standards compliance and resolve loading errors during migrations and BAU operations.
• Tailor mass-load templates to recurring needs for HR data management teams.
• Design and build automated components for RPA end-to-end processes to support data creation and maintenance.
• Plan cleanse and migration steps and track progress against timelines and standards.
