A rapidly growing global technology infrastructure company supporting some of the industry's leading names is looking to hire a Senior HR Coordinator following a significant period of growth.
The company has over 850 employees worldwide, with approximately 60 based in their London office. It has experienced a 35% growth rate in the past year, and the London team plays a crucial strategic role within the broader organization.
You will serve as a central point of contact for HR matters across the UK and EMEA regions, managing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. Your responsibilities will include supporting payroll and benefits administration, employee relations casework, and recruitment activities such as scheduling, screening, and posting job ads.
You will also act as the HRIS superuser, managing and streamlining processes on BambooHR alongside the current People Data Administrator. Additionally, you will contribute to wider HR projects, including policy development, EVP initiatives, benefits revamp, and promoting a positive People & Culture environment.
Based in Central London, offering a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office) and attractive benefits.
