Job summary

Personnel Today Awards is seeking an HR Advisor to support an organisational change programme. You will join a dedicated HR project team, delivering hands-on support across restructures, consultation exercises, redundancy programmes, redeployment activity, and employee relations in a complex, unionised environment.

The role involves working 3 days per week on site in Dorset with 2 days from home, and occasional site attendance for consultations. CIPD qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of delivering complex workforce change within unionised environments.
• Strong knowledge of redundancy, redeployment, and consultation processes.
• Experience engaging with Trade Unions and employee representatives.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume ER casework and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of large-scale organisational change and restructuring programmes.
• Coordinate and administer consultation processes (collective and individual).
• Provide advice on redundancy, VR, redeployment, and change procedures.
• Manage a varied caseload of ER matters including settlements and change-related cases.
• Build relationships with Trade Unions, employee reps, managers, and stakeholders.
