Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is partnering with a large, values-led national organisation to appoint an HR Advisor to join their growing People team. The role is hybrid, offering 2 days in the office and 3 days at home, with autonomy to influence managers and drive HR initiatives that support culture and performance.

You will manage an ER caseload, coach managers on employment law, contribute to TUPE projects, and analyse trends to shape proactive HR actions across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong ER experience with a solid understanding of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting TUPE and organisational change initiatives.
• Confident communicator able to influence at all levels in the business.

Responsibilities

• Previous HR/People Advisor experience with strong ER expertise.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting TUPE and organisational change programmes.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) desirable.
