Great Schools Trust is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People function at an exciting development stage. You’ll provide practical HR advice to school leaders, manage complex employee relations matters and help build a proactive, modern HR service across the Trust.

Working closely with the Director of HR and academy leaders, you’ll own a varied caseload, including absence, conduct, performance and grievances, ensuring fair, compliant handling and strategic people management

Formación

• Experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations expertise.
• Able to advise school leaders and handle sensitive matters.
• Experience in education or multi-academy trusts is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide trusted HR advice to academy leaders across the Trust.
• Take ownership of a varied employee relations caseload.
• Help strengthen leadership confidence and modernise HR processes.
