Senior HR Business Partner
Salary: £90,000 plus 5% Bonus

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in partnership with the wider HR Function in the design and delivery of people solutions that drive a consistent and cohesive culture and optimise organisational effectiveness. With a generous salary of £90,000 plus a 5% bonus, this London-based position requires a deep understanding of HR practices, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

What you'll do:

  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall People Plan
  2. Lead the annual cycle of people activity, including pay review; performance calibration and employee engagement
  3. Provide HR solutions to the business on employee engagement, organisational design/ restructuring, talent and succession management, learning & development, performance management and resource planning
  4. Work in partnership with the HRD and business leaders to diagnose cultural levers and interventions that will drive the right culture
  5. Lead and drive organisational change initiatives by providing expertise in OD, change management and engagement
  6. Partner with business leaders to develop strategic workforce plans that meet current and future business needs
  7. Utilise HR metrics and analytics to drive data-led decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programmes and services

What you bring:

  1. CIPD qualification preferred or equivalent demonstrable experience
  2. Essential experience in understanding employment law, HR policies and procedures
  3. Understanding of Reward and People Development methodologies and current best practice
  4. Experience of influencing senior leaders on HR matters linking this to business strategy with a strong focus on commerciality
  5. Understanding of change management models and how to successfully lead people through change with a focus on business reorganisation
  6. Capability to source, gather, analyse and interpret business-focused HR data to enable effective decision making
