Job Overview:

A leading global investment firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on rewards to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR practices and reward systems. They will partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational performance, and enhance employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to HR service delivery.
  • Reward Strategy and Implementation:
  • Develop and implement reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Design and oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, bonuses, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations practices.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance, development, and retention.
  • Talent Management and Development:
  • Support the talent management process, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
  • Identify and address skills gaps through targeted development programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and support the growth of high-potential employees.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Utilise HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on HR metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in HR practices.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR-related risks and implement policies and procedures to mitigate them.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing reward strategies and programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
