Job summary

Our Client in Rugby, Warwickshire seeks a Senior HR Advisor to provide timely, commercially-focused HR guidance to managers and staff. You will handle policy, procedures and employment law queries, draft offers and contracts, and support recruitment and onboarding processes.

You will also manage HR systems, coordinate DBS checks and references, and work with finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely bonuses. A proactive, compliant approach is essential in this generalist HR role.

Qualifications

• Experience providing commercially focused HR guidance on policy, procedures and employment law.
• Ability to produce HR paperwork, letters of offer and contract templates accurately and timely.
• Experience coordinating recruitment including job adverts, shortlisting and interviews.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and confidentiality in handling employee data.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused, compliant HR advice to managers and staff.
