Job summary

D Young & Co is recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor (Fixed Term Contract) based in Briton House, Southampton city centre. The role acts as the firm’s internal employment-law specialist, leading employee-relations cases and managing onboarding, probation and leaver processes.

The successful candidate will have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience and will work with a wide range of clients from SMEs to international organisations.
