My client, a London Council, is looking for an HR/ER Advisor (HR Business Consultant) to join their established team on a fixed-term contract basis.
HYBRID WORKING - fixed-term contract
If you are looking to develop into an HR Business Partner role and have sound experience managing an ER caseload, this is a great opportunity for you.
This role reports to the HR Business Partner and will be responsible for providing HR and Employee Relations support to their directorate.
The post holder will coach, advise, and support managers at all levels in delivering HR and ER solutions.
The successful candidate MUST be an associate member of the CIPD (Level 5) and will have experience advising managers on HR issues, including employee relations and change management.
