Role Description

As the Employee Relations Investigation Specialist-1, you will plan, organize, and manage investigations related to employee relations incidents. You will collaborate with stakeholders such as Internal Audit, Safeguarding, and Staff Care, and assist in conducting investigator training (online and in-person).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Law
• 4-5 years of experience as a workplace investigator
• Strong investigative, research, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to provide strategic advice during investigations
• Knowledge of HR theories, case management, and conducting interviews with distressed individuals
• Experience translating data into understandable insights
• Excellent English skills (oral and written)
• Fluency in another language (French or Spanish preferred) is an asset
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 15%) and work remotely
