Job summary

Hunter Adams is partnering to appoint an HR Advisor to join the team on a contract basis. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, engagement and rewards, while ensuring policy compliance.

Reporting into site management and collaborating with the Group HR function, the role will address employee relations within policy frameworks and UK legislation. This position is based at the Merthyr Tydfil site in Wales.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with broad lifecycle coverage: recruitment, induction, engagement, development, rewards.
• Implements Group policies and procedures in line with best practice.
• Contributes to people initiatives and supports UK employment law compliant actions.
