We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Advisor to support our newly formed Customer function and the GB&I market teams. In this key role, you\'ll partner closely with leaders and managers to deliver practical and strategic HR solutions that drive business success. You\'ll be empowered to influence outcomes, support change, and shape our people agenda within a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Key responsibilities:
Within both the Customer function and GB&I we are at very exciting and pivotal points in our journey, requiring an HR person who is agile, resourceful and able to work at pace as we embark on transforming our Customer function you\'ll be an integral member of helping support leading this change and successfully embedding it into the business. The GB&I market has been focused on our people strategy where you will get to help lead initiatives.
Experienced HR professional with a strong working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
Skilled at advising and partnering with senior leaders in fast-moving, matrix organisations.
Demonstrated experience with reward and benefits programmes, including market benchmarking.
Capable of analysing people data to drive business-needs focused solutions.
Effective coach and communicator, with a track record of supporting and influencing managers.
Proven ability to manage change, drive cultural initiatives, and resolve complex ER issues.
Organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities.
