Join the NHS as a Senior HR Advisor, supporting a team in employee relations and HR service delivery. This role involves advising managers on best practices and developing their capability to handle HR issues effectively, contributing to a diverse and dynamic healthcare environment.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor within our divisional People and Organisational Development team.
The Senior HR Advisor role will work closely with ER specialists, Associate HR Business partners and People Business Partners to support the delivery of a professional HR service to their areas. This role is for the Divisional cluster of Medicine and Integrated Care, including Finance and Communications. A key function of the role is to advise managers on employee relations matters, with a focus on developing the skill and capacity of managers to empower them to manage people issues effectively and independently.
As outlined in the person specification, you will need to:
Your office will be mainly based at St Mary's Hospital which is situated in the heart of Paddington, West London. This role will have a mix of working at the office and from home, with some working across our other hospital sites, as required.
