Job summary

Page Personnel supports a well-established not-for-profit organisation in London seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a fixed-term basis. The role focuses on expert HR guidance to managers, complex employee relations cases, and development of HR policies within a compliant UK framework.

You will influence and coach managers, support recruitment, and contribute to change projects while maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience coaching and advising managers.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term sickness absence management, Occupational Health referrals and workplace adjustments.

We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation that delivers vital community-based services and support to vulnerable individuals. Due to an internal requirement, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their People Team on a fixed-term basis.
