You will handle complex HR cases, advise managers on policy and employment law, and support organisational changes and TUPE transfers while producing workforce data to inform planning and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive HR advisory experience in a complex organisation.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations cases independently.
• Experience supporting organisational change, restructuring, and TUPE activities.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent; Level 7 desirable.
• Valid driving licence.

• Offer professional HR advice and guidance to managers, ensuring adherence to laws, policies and best practices.

• Provide coaching, training and support to managers on employee relations and people management.
• Produce and analyse workforce data to identify trends and support workforce planning through MI and reporting.

Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team on a 3-month contract with a Local Authority. This role involves providing expert HR guidance and support on various employee relations and organizational change issues. You will work within a business partnering model, handling complex HR cases, assisting managers with organizational changes and TUPE processes, and contributing to strategic workforce initiatives.

• Handle a range of complex HR cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, capability issues, sickness absences, redundancies, and organizational changes.
  
• Offer professional HR advice and guidance to managers, ensuring adherence to employment laws, policies, and best practices.
  
• Assist in planning and executing organizational change projects, restructures, and TUPE transfers.
  
• Provide coaching, training, and support to managers on employee relations and people management issues.
  
• Produce and analyze workforce data to identify trends and support workforce planning through management information and reporting.
  

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in providing HR advisory support within a complex organization.
  
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases independently.
  
• Experience in supporting organizational change, restructuring, and TUPE activities.
  
• Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
  
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience; CIPD Level 7 qualification is desirable.
  
• Must have a valid driving license.
  

Additional Information:

• Working hours: 37 hours per week.
  
• Hybrid working arrangement: On-site 2-3 days per week.
  
• Contract duration: Until the end of April 2027.
  
• Payment is on a bi-weekly schedule.
