A leading organisation is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join its dynamic team. This pivotal role includes providing HR support across the UK, leading on employee relations, and driving key people initiatives. If you have a solid ER background and are ready for a strategic challenge, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to advance your career in a purpose-driven, people-focused environment?
Do you have solid ER experience but want an opportunity to develop working relationships with senior leaders? If you're ready to step into a more strategic, business-facing HR role, this opportunity could be exactly what you're looking for.
You'll be part of an award-winning, values-led organisation that's growing rapidly and making a real difference. Their culture is underpinned by integrity, empathy, and respect, and these values shine through in everything they do.
As a key member of a highly regarded HR team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the business supports and develops its people. With a strong emphasis on wellbeing, leadership capability, and continuous improvement, you'll help empower managers and leaders to create positive, high-performing environments.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll work across a wide range of HR initiatives and provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees at locations nationwide. You will also occasionally travel to other company sites in the UK (around once a month, with overnight stays) to build stronger relationships across the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to springboard your career within a successful and growing business where no two days are the same. Along with a competitive salary, hybrid working is available (3 days in the office, 2 from home) plus an excellent benefits package.
