Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to work as part of the dedicated professional human resources team, maintaining best practice people management and development throughout the organisation, and providing proactive, professional, and appropriate business-focused HR support to Managers and Staff. The role involves significant involvement in recruitment and selection.

Principle Duties

• Provide high-quality, confidential HR support and advice.
• Ensure HR compliance, data protection (GDPR), and accurate reporting.
• Support exit processes, HR projects, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Research and advise on legislative changes affecting employment.
• Ensure compliance with employee documentation and right-to-work checks.
• Lead or support workplace investigations following best practices.
• Assist with recruitment and selection, including preparing job details, supporting panels, and conducting assessments.
• Complete pre-employment checks, references, and prepare employment terms.
• Assist in statutory and statistical reporting, including Fair Employment and Annual employment statistics.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification.
• Generalist experience supporting managers with employment relations (grievance, discipline, attendance).
• End-to-end recruitment and selection experience.
• Strong knowledge of NI employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with Article 55 Review and Annual Fair Employment Returns.
• Full driving license and access to a car during working hours.

Initial based in Glengormley, moving to North Belfast in July, with flexible hours. Applicants with disabilities should demonstrate how they meet mobility requirements.
