Role summary:
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will advise and support colleagues and managers throughout the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for providing proactive HR solutions, supporting senior leaders to achieve business objectives, and fostering a high-performing team.
This is an integral role within a small HR team, suited for someone enthusiastic about making a difference, with ideas around wellbeing, reward and recognition, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
