Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced ER lead to manage a small team within the HR Advisory Function. You will own a caseload of high-risk, complex employee relations cases and act as the Strategic Partner's escalation point for ER resolutions.

You will coach the team, manage performance, and drive improvements in partnership with the Continuous Improvement Manager and ER Manager. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum L5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in employee relations within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading a small team with mix of remote and office-based workers.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for high-risk ER cases and guide the team on next steps.
• Coach and develop the ER team to enhance knowledge and capability.
• Manage team performance, attendance, conduct and workload delegation.
• Own and manage Safe Call reports and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and best practices across Teams/SharePoint.
