You will be the Workday champion, handling starters, leavers and changes, resolving queries and maintaining records in line with GDPR. A proactive, organised HR professional who excels in a busy environment will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Previous HR administration experience with strong employee lifecycle knowledge.
• Strong Workday experience and confidence using HR systems.
• Excellent organisation and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and with the People Team.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Be the People Team Workday champion, processing starters, leavers and changes on time.
• Support managers and colleagues with Workday queries and navigation.
• Monitor pre-employment checks, onboarding and leavers to ensure timely actions.
• Maintain employee records across Workday and SharePoint, GDPR compliant.
• Manage HR inbox, providing a friendly, professional service.
