Gravity Recruit Limited is seeking a Senior People Administrator to join the People Team at our Head Office near Bedford. This on-site role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and focuses on keeping our HR operations running smoothly across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll champion Workday, maintain accurate records, support managers, and provide a professional HR service with great attention to detail.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an HR administration role.
Strong Workday experience essential.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Be the People Team Workday champion, ensuring starters, leavers and contractual changes are processed accurately and on time.
Support managers and colleagues with Workday queries, helping them navigate processes and get the most from the system.
Monitor pre-employment checks, onboarding and leavers, ensuring timely actions.
Maintain accurate employee records across Workday and SharePoint, ensuring data security and GDPR compliance.
Manage the HR inbox, providing a friendly, professional service.
