Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Specialist Field Engineer to lead customers through Kubernetes environments, PoCs, onboarding, and workload optimization. You will work across data centers and hardware platforms to deliver high-performance cloud experiences.

You’ll bring 7+ years in cloud infrastructure with networking specialization, and you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive improvements while staying ahead of Kubernetes and HPC trends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in Solutions Architect, Field Engineer, Engineer, Researcher, or Technical Account Manager in Cloud Infrastructure focusing on distributed systems or HPC services.
• Expertise focused on infrastructure networking and building customer-facing cloud solutions.
• Fluency in cloud computing concepts, architecture, and technologies with hands-on implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, building strong technical relationships and ensuring success with CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure.
• Lead PoC initiatives to demonstrate value within customer environments.
• Provide technical leadership during meetings, presentations, and workshops and address questions or concerns.
