Avocet is recruiting a Housing Site Manager in Rushden. You’ll lead site delivery from groundworks to completion, coordinating subcontractors and trades to deliver homes safely, on programme and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing volume housing schemes with PLC housebuilders.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Proven track record delivering developments safely, on programme and to quality standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive leader who can lead from the front.
• Site qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day development management, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep programmes on track.
• Manage build programmes and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.
