Avocet Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a respected national housebuilder on a brand-new development near Pershore. You will support the Site Manager, coordinate trades and site activities to maintain progress and safety.

You will assist with inspections, QA checks and monitoring against the programme, with a view to progressing within a growing development team.

Qualifications

• Experience in housebuilding or construction.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Relevant site certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades and site activities.
• Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times.
• Assist with site inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor progress against programme.
