Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking a housing litigation solicitor to manage a caseload for social landlords, local authorities and private landlords. You will handle injunctions, possession claims and disrepair, and contribute to policy advice and client training.

You will supervise junior staff and paralegals, support business development and work within a large, busy team with a strong client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in housing management or litigation.
• Experience running own caseload.
• Ability to supervise junior staff and paralegals.
• Good IT skills and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Run your own caseload of housing litigation and advisory work for social landlords, local authorities and private landlords.
• Supervise junior staff and paralegals and help with client training and business development.
