Job summary

Connect Legal Partners seeks an experienced housing litigator to run your own caseload for social landlords, local authorities and private landlords. You will handle injunctions, possession claims and disrepair, plus provide housing advisory work.

In this role you will supervise junior staff and paralegals, deliver client training and contribute to business development. A strong IT skill set and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in housing management or housing litigation.
• CILEx lawyers have civil litigation practice rights.
• Experience running own files.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of housing management litigation and advisory work.
