Job summary

Aberdeenshire Council is seeking an experienced housing services supervisor to line manage staff across homelessness, allocations, temporary accommodation and support. You will support the team leader and act as the main contact for clients to discuss housing and support needs.

The role emphasises contributing to continuous service improvement and delivering quality outcomes for the organisation and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience line managing staff in homelessness/housing services.
• Knowledge of homelessness, allocations, temporary accommodation and support.
• Disclosure Scotland Check required; references from current or most recent employer.

Responsibilities

• Line manage and supervise staff involved in homelessness, allocations, temporary accommodation and support.
• Provide support and assistance to the team leader; be the main contact for clients to discuss housing and support needs.
• Contribute to quality service delivery and continuous improvement for the Service and Organisation.
