Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington, a busy four-star property in Kensington, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations. You will oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, and related functions, deputise for the General Manager, and drive service quality and operational performance across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven senior hotel operations experience in a leadership role.
• Strong background across Rooms and Food & Beverage operations.
• Commercially aware with ability to balance service delivery and costs.
• Visible, hands-on leader who can influence and drive performance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in performance management and cross-department leadership.
• Good understanding of hotel compliance, health & safety, and people management.

Responsabilités

• Support and oversee day-to-day hotel operations across key departments.
• Deputise for the General Manager and lead in their absence.
• Drive productivity, service quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to maintain high standards in Rooms and F&B.
• Monitor trends, standards, and systems to keep the hotel competitive.
• Support budgets, business plans, and operational objectives.
• Help control labour and operating costs in line with the budget.
• Lead by example to foster a positive, guest-focused culture.
