The Global Leadership Centre (GLC) is situated in the heart of Oxford on a stunning riverside site overlooking the River Thames. This flagship opening in Autumn 2026 represents a unique opportunity to be part of an exceptional hospitality destination designed to welcome senior leaders and international guests from around the world.
We have enjoyed a long-standing partnership with this prestigious global client, and we are seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager with a proven background in luxury hospitality to play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience from day one.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will help elevate and define the food and beverage proposition across the campus, drawing on your experience from premium hospitality environments to create memorable dining experiences, impeccable service standards and a culture of excellence. You will collaborate with colleagues across all service areas to deliver a seamless and sophisticated guest journey that reflects the very highest standards of hospitality.
