Responsibilities

• Support development of Homecare Pharmacy Service and advise service users.
• Lead biosimilar implementation and governance for high-cost medicines.
• Coordinate with nursing teams and multidisciplinary groups.
• Contribute to NICE guidance alignment and RPS audits.
• Supervise staff and provide clinical training within Homecare Service.
• Engage in service level reviews and annual audits.
